• Perform assembly, disassembly, fitting and adjustment of stamping dies according to drawings and specifications.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on stamping dies and tooling.
• Inspect dies for wear, damage, cracks, misalignment and abnormal conditions.
• Repair and replace worn or damaged components such as punches, die blocks, springs, guide pins, bushes and inserts.
• Support die try-out and testing for new, modified or repaired stamping dies.
• Make necessary tooling modifications and adjustments to improve product quality and die performance.
• Ensure tooling is prepared and available according to the production schedule.
• Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of jigs, fixtures and other production tooling.
• Maintain proper records of die maintenance, repair, modification and replacement parts.
• Ensure all tooling work is carried out according to company procedures, quality requirements and safety rules.
• Support continuous improvement activities to reduce die downtime, improve tooling life and increase production efficiency.
• Assist Tooling Engineer/Supervisor in new die development, tooling improvement and production troubleshooting.
• Follow proper handling, storage and identification procedures for stamping dies and tooling components.
• Perform other tooling-related duties assigned by the superior.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
