Responsible for operating, monitoring building contents and the general repair and maintenance work on all Mechanical & Electrical services/systems, mechanical and plant equipment and building content services (carpentry, electrical, air conditioning plumbing, AV, Telephone, painting, carpeting, etc.)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To carry out duty on maintenance work on M & E services.
• Perform preventive maintenance work as per schedule on M & E services.
• To carry out duty on modification and installation of M & E equipment, plant etc.
• Attend to emergency breakdown of M & E equipment, respond immediately upon receipt of information prior to maintenance work order. air-conditioning, water -leakage, electrical black-out and sanitary chokage.
• To carry out routine and non-routine inspection on M & E equipment. Carries out maintenance works for repair of air-conditioning, fridge, oven, cooker-hood, water-heaters (calorifier), electrical, plumbing and sanitation, fire protection and other.
• Building maintenance work i.e. (Wallpaper) wall covering, silicon works, tiling, carpeting and iron mongery.
• Provides lighting, power, sound system and other related equipment and fixtures for special functions and promotions.
• Carries out repairs and maintenance to kitchen equipment such as : oven/stove, refrigerator, dish washing machine, kitchen exhaust fan, electric kettle, electric cooker & food warmer, etc.
• Participates in in-house Fire Drill and testing.

Able to work in shift.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
