Role Description The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ipoh, responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office. This role manages office administration activities, including coordination of office supplies, maintenance of office equipment, and liaison with vendors and service providers. The Office Manager supports internal teams with administrative assistance such as scheduling meetings, organizing documents, preparing reports, and maintaining records. The role also includes handling front-office responsibilities, such as greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The Office Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, help implement office policies and procedures, and contribute to a professional and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills for interacting with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage schedules, records, and daily operations.
  • Experience working with Office Equipment, including printers, copiers, phone systems, and basic IT-related office tools.
  • Customer Service skills to support visitors, clients, and internal stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Relevant experience in office or facilities management, preferably in a technology or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, calendaring tools).
  • Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is an advantage.
