Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls and walk-in customers.
• Prepare insurance and road tax quotations accurately.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Assist customers with insurance renewal and road tax renewal matters.
• Provide clear and professional explanations regarding insurance products and services.
• Use insurance systems to prepare quotations, check policy information and process customer requests.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales status.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Provide good customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Attend training provided by the company when required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Experience using insurance systems or insurance quotation platforms is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Experience in sales is an added advantage.
• Strong computer skills and comfortable using multiple systems and online platforms.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Responsible, disciplined, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales performance.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM
• Saturday: 9.00 AM – 2.00 PM based on duty schedule
• Sunday: Off/based on duty schedule

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
