Role Description The Education Consultant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Miri. This position oversees the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of training and consultancy programs, ensuring they meet client needs and organizational standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting needs assessments, designing education and training solutions, and coordinating program implementation with internal teams and external partners. The role also involves monitoring program performance, preparing reports, guiding and mentoring consultants and trainers, and supporting business development activities such as proposals, presentations, and client follow-ups. The Education Consultant Manager is expected to maintain high professional standards, contribute to strategic initiatives, and support the growth of Borneoinspire Training And Consultancy Sdn Bhd.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, training, or consultancy management, including program design, delivery oversight, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build long-term client relationships.
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities, including mentoring team members and collaborating effectively across functions.
• Ability to conduct needs analysis, interpret data, and prepare clear, well-structured reports and proposals.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with using productivity tools and basic digital platforms for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications in training or coaching are an advantage.
• Prior experience in corporate training, educational consultancy, or related professional services is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Miri and travel locally or regionally for client engagements when required.
