JOB DESCRIPTION – MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (HATCHERY FARM OPERATIONS)

• Assist in daily farm operations and management to support the Farm Supervisor in achieving company production, quality, and operational targets.
• Participate in flock management, including monitoring flock health, bird performance, environmental conditions, feed and water intake, egg production, and overall flock performance.
• Assist in supervising farm workers to ensure daily work activities are carried out effectively, safely, and in accordance with company policies, SOPs, and work schedules.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with farm biosecurity measures, hygiene requirements, and farm SOPs to minimize the risk of disease outbreaks and maintain a safe farm environment.
• Willing to stay at Farm, Kuala Pilah Negeri Sembilan.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
