Genitronic (M) Hiring! Full Time ACCOUNTANT in Kedah, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

• Assist in the daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL).
• Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, journal entries and other accounting documents.
• Perform bank, supplier and customer reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing, including preparation of supporting schedules and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in the accounting system.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Assist with e-Invoice, SST and other statutory accounting-related matters.
• Assist in monitoring AP/AR ageing and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Ensure accounting transactions are properly recorded and supported by relevant documents.
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements by preparing supporting documents and schedules.
• Perform data analysis and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with other finance and accounting duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 year of relevant accounting experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
• Basic understanding of full-set accounting, including AP, AR and GL.
• Familiar with month-end closing procedures.
• Knowledge of Malaysia e-Invoice and SST is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software / ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail, numerical accuracy and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in a manufacturing / electronics / PCBA environment will have an added advantage.
