Job Description

• Check the machine condition, battery, hydraulic, diesel, tyres & fill in the stoking car checklist at the beginning of the shift before start operating the machine.
• Get proper instruction from the Shift Leader to follow up different activities required during operation of stoking machine.
• Operate Stoking Machine for stoking operation (Pushing, breaking & charging).
• To observe for any leakage or abnormalities inside the furnace & report to the Shift Leader.
• Report to maintenance for any equipment malfunction.
• Make sure to wear complete PPE when entering the plant.
• Perform housekeeping.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least minimum SPM level;
• Experienced in handling a forklift is an advantaged;
• Able to work overtime and under pressure with minimum supervision;
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (speaking and writing);
• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills;
• Willing to work in shift / Public Holiday / Over Time.
