Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Programmer role based in Ipoh. The programmer will develop, test, and maintain software applications that support attendance management, biometric integration, and other business systems. Daily responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, debugging and troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with project teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. The role also involves providing technical support for deployed applications, creating documentation for systems and processes, and assisting with system integration and upgrades as needed.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a strong foundation in Information Technology and general IT infrastructure concepts.
• Candidates should possess solid Programming and Software Development skills in relevant languages and frameworks.
• Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting and Technical Support abilities for diagnosing and resolving system and application issues.
• Candidates should possess experience with databases, APIs, and system integration in web-based and desktop environments.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Ipoh, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with biometric systems, attendance solutions, or access control technologies will be an advantage.
