Job Description

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Property Sales Agents. This role involves promoting properties, engaging with potential buyers, arranging property viewings, and assisting clients throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market residential and commercial properties through online and offline channels.
• Respond to property enquiries and communicate with potential buyers.
• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Provide clients with information about property projects, pricing, and available units.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain good customer relationships.
• Assist clients throughout the sales process from initial enquiry to successful closing.
• Participate in property marketing and sales activities.
• Build and maintain a network of potential clients.

Commission & Work Arrangement:

• Fully commission-based position.
• Potential earnings of RM5,000 – RM10,000+, depending on performance and successful sales.
• Commission payout within 3 days after successful closing, subject to the applicable process.
• Training and guidance will be provided.
• No long-term binding contract.
• Candidates are required to work full-time initially to learn the workflow, property projects, and client handling. Greater flexibility may be discussed once the individual is able to work independently, subject to company arrangement.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Strong interest in sales and the property industry.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous sales, customer service, or property experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without property experience are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
