Job Descriptions

• Fill in and run Assessment for new students - 'Short Sensory Profile' and other assessments
• Design, coordinate, and deliver a top-notch OT service, customizing therapy sessions based on individual needs assessment
• Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations, performance skills.
• Assess effectively, set appropriate goals, implement appropriate treatment plans, execute safe therapy, re-assess timely and modify treatment when necessary for patients referred for occupational therapy
• Practice within areas of professional competence and seek clinical support from supervisor and other healthcare professionals when appropriate
• Communicate and work effectively as a team.
• Ensure all patients' records are updated accurately and promptly at all times
• Undertake continuing professional development of skills and knowledge proactively and regularly through self-study, continuing education presentations, case discussions and research
• Job Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Occupational Therapy
• 1-2 years of experience working with children with learning disabilities is an added advantage (Fresh graduates are more than welcome to apply!)
• Can work in a team and have self-disciple also understanding OT's roles
• Learn with other disciplines (we are one-stop centre to improve the life quality of children)
• Schedule: Day Shift
• Office Location: Cheng / Bukit Beruang, Melaka & Tangkak, Johor
• Willing to remote
