Professional Job Description

DHL Supply Chain Singapore is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, lead team members, manage inventory, and ensure efficient and safe handling of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities and staff.
• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse productivity.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain warehouse safety and operational standards.
• Coordinate with logistics and internal operations teams.
• Train and guide warehouse employees.
• Identify operational issues and support process improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in warehouse operations or supervision.
• Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage a team.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
