Financial Advisor — Full-Time or Part-Time (Min. 2 days/week)
Location: Woodlands | Hybrid/WFH options available for eligible team members

Many people hesitate to explore financial advisory roles because they assume it means selling to friends and family. That's one path, but not the only one — our team also has a structured system for cold outreach and roadshows, so you can build your own client base from scratch if that's what you prefer. Whether you're comfortable starting with your personal network or want to grow entirely through new connections, we'll train you either way.

We're building a young, energetic team and are especially keen to hear from students and fresh graduates looking for flexible, résumé-building work — but we also welcome mid-career switchers looking for a fresh start; our structured mentorship works well for both.

What the role involves

• Conduct outbound cold calls and represent us at roadshows to generate new leads and spark client conversations (or work your personal network, if you prefer)
• Convert leads into scheduled consultations
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular check-ins and follow-ups
• Coordinate appointments and manage client schedules
• Handle documentation and administrative tasks accurately
• Support client workshops, appreciation events, and team activities

Compensation

• This is a commission-based role
• New Agent Support: To help you get started, we offer a matching structure where the company tops up your monthly commission
• Quarterly performance bonuses and incentives

Licensing & Training

• No prior industry experience required — full training provided from day one, including how to cold call and work roadshows effectively
• This role requires MAS licensing (CMFAS exams); we support and guide you through this process
• 1-on-1 mentorship throughout onboarding and beyond

• Minimally a Diploma, A-Levels, or currently pursuing/completed a Degree
