Job summary:

• Responsible for BIM coordination for data centre projects, including 3D modelling, clash detection, multidisciplinary coordination, and BIM documentation.
• Collaborate with Design team, Architects, Clients, Consultants, Engineers and Contractors to deliver accurate and constructible BIM solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate BIM models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper integration across different disciplines.
• Focuses on detailed aspects of the BIM process, such as model accuracy, data integrity, and ensuring all elements of the model meet the required specifications.
• Carry out BIM project initial setup including but not limited to project template, Revit family library, title block, CDE and workflows alongside facilitate BIM coordination meeting.
• Prepare and maintain BIM documentation such as BIM Execution Plan (BEP), BIM minutes of meeting, BIM presentation report, BIM coordination report, RFI tracking, delay or chronological order of events and BIM timesheet.
• Required to learn and adapt working in Cloud, Design Collaboration and Model coordination and QA/QC own work.
• Develop and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models for clash detection, construction planning, quantity extraction, construction, and as-built purposes.
• Coordinate with BIM modellers, designers, engineers, consultants, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Job requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM coordination within the construction industry, experience in data centre, industrial, MEP-intensive, or large-scale Design & Build projects will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks with experience in 3D modelling, clash detection, and model coordination.
• Familiar with BIM processes, LOD requirements, BEP, CDE workflows, model QA/QC, and BIM documentation.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models (Architectural, Structural, and MEP).
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.

Pay: RM3,513.57 - RM9,000.00 per month
