CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team at Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan.

The role focuses on customer communication, outbound calls, follow-ups, appointment coordination and supporting customers throughout the engagement process.

This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, are willing to learn and are comfortable working in a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and customer follow-ups
• Handle customer enquiries and communicate professionally
• Coordinate appointments and schedules with customers
• Follow up with existing customers
• Maintain customer information and follow-up records
• Introduce relevant products or services according to customer needs
• Assist with customer engagement activities
• Complete administrative and ad-hoc tasks when required

Requirements:

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making and receiving customer calls
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Customer service or sales experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude, responsible and self-motivated
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Arrangement:
On-site
