Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Promote & Market Properties: Proactively promote and market residential/commercial properties across various digital platforms, social media, and offline channels to attract potential buyers.
• Client Engagement & Sales Support: Guide and assist clients through property inquiries, schedule and conduct property viewings, and manage the overall sales process from initial contact to successful closing.
• Market Insights: Provide clients with accurate product details, pricing information, and real estate market advice to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

• Attractive Commission Structure: Fully commission-based position with high earning potential of RM5,000 – RM10,000+ monthly, depending on your performance and closed sales.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-driven with a passion for sales.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Prior experience in real estate, direct sales, or customer service is an added advantage (fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome to apply).
