1. Job Objective

• Sales Officer position exists to drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets, developing strategies of sales plan, strengthening customer relationships and ensuring effective coordination of customer delivery requirements to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

2. Duties & Responsibilities

• Received PO from customer, checking pricing, MOQ etc.
• Create PO into SAP system for production planning.
• Coordinate closely with planning, production and logistic teams to ensure on-time delivery and product quality compliance.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
• To assist Sales Executive in SAP’s documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Follow up for rolling forecast from customer.

3. Reports Produced

• Customer Weekly Forecast
• Delivery schedule for all customer
• SAP Order’s Management

4. Critical Success Factors

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good coordination skills with internal departments (production, planning, logistics ).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
