Job Description

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movements.
• Receive and verify stock against Purchase Orders (PO) and relevant documents.
• Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO) for outgoing stock.
• Prepare quotations and assist with customer enquiries when required.
• Conduct stock counts and audits, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Arrange, label, and maintain stock in designated locations.
• Prepare stock movement and inventory reports for management review.
• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items and highlight potential stock shortages.
• Ensure accurate identification of spare parts, part numbers, and OEM/compatible parts.
• Maintain proper inventory documentation and filing.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in computer usage with good knowledge of software applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, etc..)
• Able to manage, update, and maintain accurate records using computerized systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling data accurately.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
