Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in understanding property projects and available units.
• Recommend suitable properties based on customers’ needs and budget.
• Answer customers’ questions and provide accurate information about the properties.
• Arrange and accompany customers for show unit and property viewings.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain good customer relationships.
• Promote properties through social media, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
• Take photos/videos at project sites for marketing purposes.
• Participate in property events, roadshows, and team activities.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates, candidates with or without experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, highly motivated, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interested in sales and the property industry.
