Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Source and obtain supplier quotations

•⁠ ⁠Prepare quotation comparison

•⁠ ⁠Issue Purchase Orders (PO)

•⁠ ⁠Follow up material delivery

•⁠ ⁠Monitor material prices and availability

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with site team on material requirements

•⁠ ⁠Liaise with suppliers on orders and deliveries

•⁠ ⁠Check delivery orders (DO) and invoices

•⁠ ⁠Follow up outstanding orders / deliveries

•⁠ ⁠Assist in cost control and procurement savings

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
