Key Responsibilities

• Expertise in Overhead Crane, Inverter, and Converter Drive.
• Lead and perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, machines, and equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment reliability and performance.
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems; identify root cause and implement effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment condition, and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and production teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing / industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, control panels, PLC, VFD, and industrial equipment.
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
