Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Location: Bintulu

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend site meetings and conduct site assessments (including outstation travel)
• Handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Perform quantity take-off and cost analysis
• Monitor project costs and ensure projects stay within budget
• Manage progress claims, subcontractor claims, and final accounts
• Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate pricing
• Track variations and manage change orders
• Prepare financial and progress reports
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Strong knowledge in construction costing and contracts
• Familiar with tendering process and documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and measurement software
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
