JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or any other related discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willing to work on 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and supervise a team of production operators to achieve daily production output, yield, and quality targets.
- Monitor production activities and ensure operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to established procedures.
- Work closely with Engineers and relevant departments to identify and resolve production, quality, and machine-related issues.
- Monitor production performance and take appropriate action to address operational challenges.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including:
- Cycle time improvement
- Cost reduction
- Downtime reduction
- Productivity improvement
- Motivate and guide team members to maintain high levels of productivity, discipline, teamwork, and quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and production standards.
