DHL Hiring! Full Time Executive, Industrial Projects (Customer Service) in Sarawak - Ricebowl

Join DHL Global Forwarding and become part of a dynamic team supporting a strategic key account within the Industrial Project sector. We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating logistics operations, managing stakeholder relationships and delivering exceptional service excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end customer service activities, including shipment bookings, customer inquiries, supply requests and customized service solutions.
• Act as the key point of contact for customer operational matters, ensuring timely issue resolution and effective communication.
• Create and manage shipment jobs in CargoWise One (CW1) while maintaining data accuracy and compliance with operational procedures.
• Coordinate transportation and shipment arrangements with carriers, vendors and service providers.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Trucking, Carrier Management, Custom Declaration (CDZ), Business Development, Billing, Finance teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Prepare quotations and support service delivery performance in line with customer KPIs and service level agreements.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and provide operational backup support when required.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) standards and company policies.

We are expecting the incumbent to meet these requirements:

• Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain
• Experience with minimum 2 years’ in freight forwarding, logistics operations, industrial projects or customer service functions.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good problem-solving, coordination and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience supporting Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial sector customers will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• This position is located at Bintulu, Sarawak.
