VRF Air-Con Specialist Hiring! Full Time Store Admin (Spare Parts) in Selangor - Ricebowl

Job Description:

• Handle daily administrative work for the spare parts store.
• Maintain and update spare parts stock records in the system.
• Record incoming and outgoing spare parts accurately.
• Prepare DO, and related paperwork.
• Check stock levels and assist with stock counting and inventory checks.
• Coordinate with technicians and the service team regarding spare parts requests.
• Follow up on spare parts orders and deliveries.
• Perform other store and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of relevant working experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required Skill(s): Microsoft Words, Excel

Language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia

EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Annual Leave and Sick Leave provided.

5.5 Working days (Monday - 8:30 am to 5pm, Sat - 8:30am to 1pm)
