Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the concrete batching plant.

• Ensure raw materials such as cement, sand, aggregates and water are batched according to the approved mix design.

• Monitor the batching process and ensure accurate quantities and proper production.

• Coordinate with mixer drivers and site personnel to ensure timely concrete delivery.

• Check and monitor the condition of batching plant equipment.

• Record daily production, material usage and other relevant information.

• Identify and report equipment or production issues to the supervisor.

• Follow company procedures, safety requirements and quality standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating a concrete batching plant.

• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.

• Able to understand concrete mix designs and basic batching procedures.

• Able to operate batching plant control systems.

• Basic knowledge of concrete materials and production processes.

• Able to work under pressure and meet production schedules.

• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or shifts when required.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.

• Willing to work in Spaoh, Sarawak.

• Possess a valid driving licence is an advantage.
