About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the organisation's Human Resources function and align people strategies with business objectives. The role will oversee the full spectrum of HR, partner closely with Management on organisational and workforce matters, strengthen people practices, and support the Company's continued growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the overall Human Resources function and HR team, ensuring effective delivery of HR services across the organisation.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the Company's business objectives and organisational direction.
• Partner with Management to provide strategic HR insights and recommendations on organisation design, workforce strategy, talent management, leadership development, and other people-related business decisions.
• Oversee key people processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and retention.
• Provide strategic HR advice and support to Management on employment matters, employee relations, disciplinary cases, grievances, domestic inquiries, and other complex and sensitive people matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, statutory requirements, and Company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and practices to strengthen organisational effectiveness and employee experience.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to full-spectrum HR.
• Prior experience in an HR Lead, Senior HR Manager, HR Business Partner Lead, or similar senior capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
• Strong experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, performance management, talent management, and HR operations.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, sensitive, and confidential matters.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
