Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel to subcontractor (subcon) locations when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Description:

• Conduct inspections for new model products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Supervise the handling and processing of both internal and external quality claims.
• Review, verify, and approve inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist the Incoming Quality Control (IQC) team in conducting lot inspections.
• Operate and utilize measurement equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges). used by IQC for product verification.
• Take initiative and follow up on assigned quality-related tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Perform analysis on customer claims and prepare detailed investigation reports
