Programme Overview

• This role provides structured on-the-job training and practical exposure in mechanical engineering works within active construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist site engineers in supervising mechanical installation works.
• Support monitoring of mechanical works for compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Participate in site inspections, testing and coordination activities under supervision.
• Assist in identifying installation defects, non-compliances and workmanship issues.
• Support preparation of basic site records, inspection notes and progress updates.
• Carry out assigned engineering tasks as part of structured training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate or early-career candidate.
• Strong interest in construction and mechanical site works.
• Willing to learn and work under supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
