Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Seri Kembangan, responsible for supporting the end-to-end HR function. Day-to-day tasks include managing HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave records, and payroll coordination with relevant stakeholders. The role handles employee relations by addressing queries, supporting performance management processes, and assisting in resolving workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner. The Human Resources Executive also helps develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment regulations and alignment with company values. Additional responsibilities may include organizing staff engagement activities, maintaining HR documentation, preparing HR reports, and supporting HR projects that enhance organizational culture and workforce effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support strategic and operational people initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations to manage recruitment, onboarding, records administration, and HR systems effectively.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to foster a respectful workplace, handle grievances, and support performance discussions.
  • Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies to develop, interpret, and apply company guidelines in line with current labor laws.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian employment law and HR best practices; experience in manufacturing or food production environments is an advantage.
