WE ARE HIRING – MART MANAGER

Are you passionate about retail operations and leading a team to success? We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Mart Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, maintain inventory, and drive sales performance. SALARY & BENEFITS

• RM2,800 – RM3,000 (Based on experience)
• Petrol Allowance
• Overtime (OT) Claim
• Sales Commission / Performance Incentive
• EPF, SOCSO & EIS
• Annual Leave & Medical Leave

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily mart operations.
• Lead and supervise store employees.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve targets.
• Manage stock ordering, receiving, and inventory control.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards.
• Handle store reporting and administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTSü Minimum Diploma in a related field (preferred).ü At least 2–3 years of retail or mart operation experience.ü Experience in supervising or managing a team.ü Strong leadership and communication skills.ü Knowledge of stock control and retail operations.ü Able to work independently and under pressure.
