Assembly Operator Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for assembling raw materials and components into finished goods, operating assembly machinery, and performing quality checks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced production environment, possesses strong hand-eye coordination, and strictly follows all safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Assembly: Combine, fit, and secure parts or components to create finished products according to engineering blueprints and strict standard operating procedures.
• Quality Control: Inspect components and final goods before they move to the next stage. Immediately identify, resolve, and report any defects.
• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on assembly equipment (e.g., presses, drills, and cutting machine).
• Workflow Management: Move materials, raw parts, and finished goods between workstations to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of production quantities, material usage, and downtime in company systems.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean workstation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment. (Entry-level positions may require no prior experience).
• Education: High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects (typically 25 to 50 lbs), and bend or reach consistently.
• Manual Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to safely operate both hand tools and heavy machinery.
• Analytical Skills: Basic math skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
