QA/QC

1. To ensure product processing complied with product quality and food safety from raw materials receiving, ingredients preparation, food processing and final product process according to Quality Plan.

2. To perform product/ process testing such as pH, moisture, AW, shelf life or any according to Quality Plan.

3. Perform product sampling for lab testing.

4. Perform ATP for cleaning verification activities

5. Maintaining and ensuring GMP/5’S in production floor

6. Maintaining and ensuring workers GHP in the production floor

7. To ensure equipment and facility in good condition and safe to be use.

8. Perform external/internal calibration devices according to Masterlist of Calibration

9. To report any process abnormalities, action plan and follow up the status

10. Assist QA Supervisor in performing Weekly Gap Assessment Audit

11. Participate with R&D and Production Team for any new product/ ingredient/ process trial run

12. To perform any others task when required
