We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Admin to join our team. If you enjoy working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting business operations, we would love to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process invoices, payment, and financial transactions
• Maintain accounting and administrative records
• Monitor customer collections and supplier payments
• Perform data entry and financial documentation
• Assist with monthly reports and reconciliations
• Assist in stock take / stock count activities and stock reconciliation.
• Support payroll and administrative functions

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good Microsoft Excel and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Responsible and able to work independently
• AutoCount Accounting System
