Area: Outgoing QC

Detail-oriented Quality professional in metal manufacturing with experience in handling customer complaints, ensuring product quality, improving production processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Skilled in root cause analysis, inspections, and quality reporting to meet customer and company standards.

1. Managed and responded to customer complaints using structured 8D reports and 5-Why analysis to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.

2. Ensured all parts undergo final inspection prior to delivery to customers.

3. Maintained and enhanced visual aids and process controls at operator stations to prevent quality issues and escapes.

4. Oversaw in-house rejection and ensured improvement actions were implemented through issued NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).

5. Facilitated training sessions to educate inspection operators on quality standards, customer complaints, and inspection requirements.

6. Participated in the preparation and updating of Control Plans, FMEA, Work Instructions, SOPs, and check sheets.

7. Prepared and presented monthly quality performance reports.

8. Contributed to Kaizen initiatives focused on reducing waste and improving process stability.

9. Ensured all assigned KPI targets were achieved through monitoring and continuous improvement actions.

10. Performed additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
