Main responsibilities

• Lead and supervise operators during daily sorting-hub operations.
• Assign workers to tasks such as parcel unloading, scanning, sorting, loading and dispatch.
• Monitor parcel movement to make sure shipments are processed quickly and accurately.
• Ensure staff follow SOPs, safety procedures and company policies.
• Monitor daily KPI/productivity targets and take action when performance is below target.
• Check for mis-sorted, damaged, missing or delayed parcels and coordinate corrective action.
• Manage manpower, including work schedules, attendance and task allocation.
• Train and guide new operators on sorting procedures and equipment.
• Communicate operational issues to the Operations Supervisor/Manager.
• Prepare or update daily operational reports.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety within the sorting/warehouse area.
• Handle operational problems and help resolve conflicts within the team.
• Support peak-period operations, including high-volume campaigns and major sales periods.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
