HTM Group Hiring! Full Time Sales Promoter in Perak, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and dismantling roadshow booths.
• Engage walk-in customers by introducing product benefits and usage (basic training provided).
• Distribute brochures, flyers, samples, or promotional items.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the booth throughout the roadshow.
• Gather and share basic customer feedback or questions with the team.
• Work under the supervision and guidance of the team, ensuring all roadshow tasks and customer interactions are well-managed.
• Be flexible and mobile to travel to different locations as required, including occasional weekend work.
• Help maintain brand presence, customer engagement, and awareness during the roadshow/event.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a retail/event or customer-facing role, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide informed recommendations
• Enthusiasm for delivering a positive customer experience
