About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team at Mywisehome Sdn Bhd. This full-time role is based in Kamunting Perak and will play a crucial part in overseeing our production operations and ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and coordinate all aspects of the production process, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring to meet production targets and deadlines

2. Optimise production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to increase productivity and efficiency

3. Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing training, support, and performance feedback

4. Liaise with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to ensure seamless integration and effective communication

5. Analyse production data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to senior management to enhance overall operational performance

6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

1. Significant experience as a Production Manager or in a similar leadership role within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry

2. Strong understanding of production processes, production planning and scheduling, and lean manufacturing principles

3. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills to optimise production operations

4. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

6. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
