Job Description:

· Able to support the MD/GM on business planning and strategic analysis

· Able to lead in financial role covering financial, accounting, taxation & credit control

· Able to oversee corporate governance, HR, Admin, Logistic and IT of the group

· Able to consolidate all financial and management reports, budgets and forecasts

· Able to manage group cash flow for the commercial operations

· Able to establish financial control procedure and risk management policies

· Able to establish governance framework for effective financial governance

· Able to manage the company’s transition growth via corporate governance

· Able to manage relationship with bankers, auditors and all statutory authorities

· Able to develop & communicate the quality policy to all the employees.

· Able to set and monitor the achievement of quality objective as per quality manual.

· Able to commit and support the quality management system as per ISO

· Manage the company’s day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

· Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

· Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and working capital.

· Review and approve financial transactions in accordance with company policies.

· Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably with managerial experience.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.

· Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· High level of integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
