Business Development (Recruitment & Staffing)

Permanent – Full time

Location: Kuala Lumpur

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in client acquisition/new business in Recruitment &/ Staffing / 360/headhunting in Recruitment &/ Staffing.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field from a university of good repute.
• Proven track record in driving new client acquisition, including generating fresh leads and converting them into clients
• Identifying and converting prospective clients into active accounts.
• Experience in onboarding clients or generating qualified requirements
• Has engaged with decision-makers (hiring managers, procurement, etc.)
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, interpersonal skills with a positive, proactive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Demand Generation: Identify and onboard new clients while generating business opportunities across sectors.
• Account Management: Develop and maintain strategic account plans, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships with top-tier clients.
• Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market assessments to evaluate growth potential, creating and implementing business plans for market entry and expansion.
• Revenue Growth: Drive business growth and increase market share through innovative and effective sales strategies.
• Inside Sales Leadership: Lead the inside sales team by managing recruitment, training, task delegation, performance evaluations, and feedback delivery.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
