Core Responsibilities

• Hosting Live Sessions: Lead entertaining and informative live streams, often for e-commerce or social media.
• Audience Engagement: Interact with viewers, respond to comments, answer questions, and foster a lively community.
• Product Promotion: Showcase and demonstrate products or services, highlighting features and benefits to encourage purchases.
• Sales & Conversion: Actively encourage viewers to buy, drive sales, and meet performance targets.
• Content Creation: Develop scripts, ideas, and tactics to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze stream metrics and suggest improvements.

Key Skills & Traits

• On-Camera Presence: Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Communication: Excellent public speaking, presentation, and voice-over skills.
• Platform Proficiency: Familiarity with live streaming tools (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee Live) and analytics.
• Sales Acumen: Strong selling skills and persuasive communication.
• Adaptability: Ability to think quickly and handle unexpected situations.
