Responsibilities:

• Coordinate vessel arrival and inward clearance.
• Manage berth applications and coordinate berth availability and arrangements.
• Coordinate vessel shifting, berthing, and unberthing activities.
• Coordinate vessel departure and outward clearance.
• Arrange and coordinate vessel bunkering and fuel delivery activities.
• Liaise and coordinate with the Port Authority, Harbour Master, and other relevant authorities.
• Coordinate pilotage, tugboat, mooring, and other marine support services.
• Coordinate with vessel owners, agents, terminal operators, contractors, and other relevant external parties, as required.
• Facilitate the preparation and submission of relevant marine and port documentation, permits, and clearances.
• Coordinate any other marine- or port-related matters requiring liaison with external parties to support safe and efficient vessel operations.
• Oversee Warehouse operation & material management according to client requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years in oil and gas logistics and warehouse
• Hold at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Willing to relocate in Bintulu
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of logistics and transportation operations, including shipping, warehousing, and distribution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, vendors, and clients.
• Ability to identify and address logistical challenges in a timely and efficient manner. • Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
