Job Description :
1. Recruitment & Selection
- Improve recruitment management systems, hiring processes, and employee communication channels.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including resume screening, assessments, and organizing preliminary, secondary, and final interviews.
- Provide candidate recommendations to management and prepare timely recruitment reports, data analysis, and hiring summaries.
- Develop and maintain a structured talent selection program and talent pipeline.
- Expand recruitment channels and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies to meet manpower needs.
- Monitor and control recruitment-related costs effectively.
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and labor contract administration.
2. Training & Development
- Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads and performance data.
- Propose training interventions and programs aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, including HRDF-registered training providers, to ensure quality training delivery.
- Organize and implement learning initiatives such as in-house training, external programs, HRDF-claimable courses, and e-learning modules.
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, familiar with recruitment and training
- Familiar with the latest labor laws and judicial interpretations
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiar with HRDF training procedures and claim processes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM6,500.00 per month
