JOB FUNCTION
Responsible for managing and executing engineering change processes across product lines. This role ensures accurate documentation, cross-functional coordination, and timely implementation of engineering changes in accordance with company and industry standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage the end-to-end ECN process, including creation, review, approval, release, and implementation of engineering changes.
2. Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and other departments to assess and communicate the impact of proposed changes.
3. Ensure that engineering documentation (e.g., drawings, BOMs, specifications) reflects approved changes.
4. Track and report ECN metrics such as turnaround time, backlog, and implementation status.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
