Job Responsibilities
- Reply to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and process orders
- Issue invoices, Delivery Orders, and related documents
- Follow up on customer payments
- Assist with Stock Take / Inventory Checks
- Follow up and resolve customer issues
- Assist with other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Responsible and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills
- Admin experience is preferred
- Fresh candidates with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM1,700.00 per month
Work Location: In person
