Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret lease agreements, documents, and contractual terms.
• Analyze and validate real estate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain data quality standards, procedures, and processes.
• Prepare data reports, presentations, and analysis for business needs.
• Identify and recommend improvements to data quality, reliability, and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Support extended weekday hours and 24/7 weekend operations through a scheduled roster.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Basic knowledge of leasing and legal contracts.
• Strong analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and validate data with high accuracy.
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays based on business requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills.
• Able to work with international and cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with data governance and compliance.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving data issues.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
