We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our team as a Workshop Supervisor at YonMing Auto & Industrial Parts (Johor) Sdn Bhd

Join Yonming and drive excellence in the commercial vehicle industry.

• Supervise and maintain the Workshop and Maintenance in a healthy level under supervision.
• Supervise workshop personnel to ensure the quality of service.
• Supervise and improve the Workshop flow and Equipment.In charge of MSI.
• Arrange SE stock.
• Prepare the workshop analysis report
• Other jobs as assigned by the Superior from time to time.

Job Requirements: -

• Preferably with experience in workshop operations or automotive industry
• Preferably have supervisory or team management experience
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Preferably computer literate and familiar with basic computer applications
• Able to work in a team and manage workshop staff
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
