HR Executive - Full time

Location: Bentong (site-based)

Industry: Manufacturing

Salary: RM 4,000 - RM 6,000

Responsibilities:

Operational HR & Site Administration-

• Handle day-to-day attendance, leave, and personnel files
• Coordinate monthly payroll input and statutory compliance
• Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and domestic inquiries
• Liaise with Labour Office and government agencies on compliance matters
• Coordinate OSHA-related HR matters (incident reporting, safety induction)

Recruitment-

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for operations and non-operations roles
• Handle foreign workers (Stream W) – hostels, transportation, welfare, permits
• Manage expatriate applications (Stream M & above) via ESD
• Coordinate job offers, pre-onboarding, and induction

Training & Development-

• Identify training needs and develop training calendar
• Source and coordinate training vendors
• Maintain training records and report training effectiveness

HR Metrics & Projects-

• Prepare monthly HR metrics and reports
• Support HR initiatives and change management projects

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, HR Management, or related field
• Min 3+ years of hands-on HR experience in manufacturing environment
• HR generalist experience – recruitment, payroll, training, employee relations
• Managing foreign workers and/or expatriate employment matters is highly preferred
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written & verbal)
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory compliance
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team player, self-starter, and able to work in a matrix environment

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
