Job Descriptions:

• Assist in developing short term and long term plan to maximize sales and gross profit in store.
• Monitoring of labor cost percentage.
• Ensure all controllable expenses to be held to a minimum.
• Confirm on the Store and Wholesale pricing.
• Proactively react to seasoning trends and propose necessary action to be taken.
• Develop Short & Long Term Business Plan for the sales development as instructed by the superior and to control its progress based on the Business Plan.
• Monitor all stores debtor’s payment and new application.

Job Requirements

• Required Knowledge to manage retail and department store with minimal guidance.
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Able to accept suggestions and constructive criticism.
• Consistently fulfil all job responsibilities and able to inspire staff or colleagues to a good extent as role model.
• Possess teamwork, time management, analyzing and observation skills.
• Seek for candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Computer literacy such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• 5 years & above in any related job experiences.

Academy Requirements

• Degree or higher in Business studies or any related fields.

Experience:

• Supermarket Manager: 5 years (Preferred)
