QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:-

Education:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, Facilities Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience:-

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in building operations and maintenance (O&M).
• Priority will be given to candidates with direct experience in building facility maintenance and inspection.

Key Competencies:-

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage stress effectively under tight deadlines.

Attitude & Work Ethic:-

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven by a responsibility-based mindset rather than a strict job-scope attitude.
• Eager to learn, highly adaptable, and committed to balancing smart work with hard work.

Availability:-

• Candidates who can start duty IMMEDIATELY will have an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
